3 out of 5 stars Leaky Fun   July 7, 2010
GFT (Freeport, NY United States)
My 2 year-old loves the pool and the fountain is a great addition over a standard pool. However it definitely arrived with a slow leak, the exact location I have not identified. It can be filled in the morning and will be mostly empty by the next morning. I purchased the pool new, but not through Amazon.

1 out of 5 stars Cheaply made   June 30, 2010
D. Sippel (Chicago, IL United States)
This pool looked great on the box, but as I took it out, the plastic skin was thinner than I expected. After reading the brief directions, I took care not to overinflate. As I pumped it up for the very first time, I soon discovered a small hole at the seam near the frog's eye. The look of glee in my young son's eyes (a look I shared to a certain degree) slowly faded as the frog deflated. My wife bought this item at K-Mart, and since the receipt was gone and we were unable to return it, we opted to use the one patch provided to fix the leak. The hole repaired and the pool filled with water, both our kids were looking forward to a dip. Unfortunately, any joyful splashing was short-lived, as air slowly leaked out around the patch. No amount of duct tape could completely seal the leak so rather than continually reinflate, we gave up and tossed the limp green carcass in the trash. Hopefully our next pool will be better, although I'm pretty sure that it will not be made by Banzai.

The reason I gave 3 stars for educational value is that we all learned how to deal with disappointment.

4 out of 5 stars Fun and perfect for a few toddlers   June 14, 2010

This pool is perfect size for a toddler play group. You can adjust the pressure of the water to make the spray just in the pool or spray outside the pool which kind of increases the play area. We are definitely enjoying it. We used it once and it already has a slow leak but that might be our fault for putting it on a rough area. I would definitely recommend it!

2 out of 5 stars Poor Quality   May 3, 2010

I received this pool and blew it up immediately. It took quite a bit of time and effort to blow it up manually. Once it was done it looked very cute and I thought it would be a great pool. Then with in four hours it was over 50% deflated. So we blew it up again and within four hours same thing. This time we did not blow it up but folded it up and sent it back. We were very dissapointed as I had spent a lot of time looking at many pools on the internet. So I would not recomment this pool or the manufacturer. I did buy another pool and I made sure it was a different manufacturer.
