| Customer Reviews: First time swimmer June 13, 2008 A. Bentley (Arlington, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Our daughter (10 month old) hadn't been swimming before and enjoyed this float. The palm tree shader will sag a bit. When you think it's full, blow a couple more times. Needs to be almost over inflated to stand up enough to not hang in their face. After we got it up out of her face, it was great. The extra little froggie that velcros to the side is her favorite part. She likes to play with the eye balls. Cute float.
Perfect July 3, 2007 Christine (Wilmington, DE) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This item was exactly what I was looking for. It is a nice size and can not be easily overturned. It provides a good amount of shade for my baby. He loves it. My son is 8 months old and fits safely in the raft plus there is plenty of room for him to grow. I would highly recommend this product.
Cute but not totally functional February 15, 2007 Marina's Mom (Cincinnati, OH) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is one of the best floats that I have seen out there, but if you are going to buy it for the "shade", don't bother. It doesn't provide much shade and you have to have it positioned JUST RIGHT for the shade to actually cover your baby. It would be nice if the shade part was detachable (baby is going to have a hat and other protection on anyway, right!?!?). The multiple air chambers make it safe & comfortable for baby, but make it take a while to inflate & deflate.
Thought Target was a "discount" store. April 5, 2004 R. K. lamory (Pittsburgh) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
Living in South Florida, I wanted to get my 7 month old a floaty with a shade. I found this one, and was all set to buy it, when I came across the EXACT same item at a grocery store chain for less than half what target expected me to pay for it. While I am hapy with the product, I don't know how happy I would be with it if I had paid more than double for it. Worth it, if you can find it elsewhere!
