1 out of 5 stars Piece of Junk   July 29, 2010

It's small. The boards are useless and it's takes forever for the water to begin flowing. The sliding part is short so a 5 year old can barely slide. The construction and plastic are of poor quality. Overall a huge disappointment.

I bought this to use for my Daycare and after setting it up and use for one day the hose that is connected underneath that sprays the water broke ..for the price this is a piece of junk and such a disappointment! I threw it away after just a few hours! Very unhappy customer!

4 out of 5 stars Lots of fun for our 3 year old   June 7, 2010

Our daughter and her friend had lots of fun playing on this. They didn't quite get the slide part but still had a good time.

3 out of 5 stars No good as a double run, hose has to be on full blast, but the "pool" area adds something different   June 5, 2010

The line of spray only goes down the one side, which would maybe be OK, except that it has the holes to spray both directions, reducing the amount of "oomph" behind the spray. The water only reaches the first lane, even when the hose is on full blast. With our other slip 'n slides, we are able to have the water barely on...don't want to see this water bill! Despite that drawback, the kids are having fun with the "pool" area at the bottom and the spray coming at them - just don't get this if you are trying to conserve water or are looking for a "racing" slip n slide.

2 out of 5 stars Another SlipNSlide lasts only one day   May 23, 2010

Sure wish someone would make a slipnslide more like the Banzai huge waterslides
so that they would last more than a day or two.

Bought this one last Oct. when it was on sale.
Got it out today and when it was functioning kids had a blast.
There is simply no way this is a slide that two kids could use at the same time
not nearly big enough but having the larger slip part than on most slipnslides is actually a good thing
when using the little blow up boogie things that go with it that way when you are sliding all over
you do not slip into the grass like i am certain you would be doing if just a single slide.

This slipnslide when i first set it up i had high hopes for it because it seems so much more durable
than the 7 we have gone through the last 3 summers.
However my hopes were dashed 3 hours later when a seam blew out on the end of it.

Will see if the repair kit from the banzai slide we have will work to fix it
sure it comes with two little 2x2 squares to repair it
but this seam split is 6 inches long.

Overall i would never spend more than $8 on any slipnslide because they just do not stand up to usage.
